What the plans include, how billing works, and how AI usage is priced.
Every plan includes the full support inbox, live chat, help center, public changelog, the AI support agent, AI drafted replies, email support with threading, custom domains, in-app surveys, and analytics. Plus adds the inbox AI Copilot and custom actions so the AI agent can call your own API. Growth adds the WhatsApp channel. Starter is a single seat, Plus includes up to 10 teammates, and Growth is unlimited. The tiers also differ by how many AI conversations are included each month.
Both. Each plan card has a yearly billing toggle. Paying yearly saves you 20% compared with paying month to month, and the card shows exactly how much that is in dollars per year.
Each plan includes a set number of AI-handled conversations every month (100 on Starter, 300 on Plus, 750 on Growth). The allowance refills on the first of each month. If you turn on overages, conversations past the included amount are billed at $0.05 each. If you leave overages off, the AI agent simply hands off to your team once the allowance is used up.
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard under Settings, Subscription. Changes are handled through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
Your paid features switch off at the end of your billing period and your data (changelogs, articles, and conversations) is preserved. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
