How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days free, with no card required. The trial includes one seat, up to 5 surveys, 50 help articles, and 10 announcements. Custom domains unlock on every paid plan, and removing the ReleaseDock badge on Plus and up. When the trial ends your data stays put, and the workspace is locked until you choose a plan.
What counts as a live survey?
A survey that is running or scheduled to start. Drafts and stopped surveys never count, and responses are unlimited on every plan. Starter runs 3 at a time and Plus runs 10; Growth has no limit. At the limit, stop a survey to start another.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing is deleted or switched off. You just can't add another teammate or start another survey beyond your plan's limit until you upgrade or free one up.
Do you charge per end user or per response?
No. Each plan is a flat price. There is no charge for the visitors who see your widget, the people who answer your surveys, or the readers of your help center.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Team & Account, then Subscription, and choose Manage subscription to switch plans or billing period, update your card, or cancel. If you cancel, paid features stop at the end of the billing period and your data is kept.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Paying yearly saves at least 20% compared with paying month to month, on every self-serve plan.
What's different about Enterprise?
